Role Description:

Provide technical leadership in designing and developing scalable enterprise data architecture, overseeing the design, development, implementation, and quality assurance of Business Intelligence applications.

Role Accountabilities
 Develop and implement a scalable and comprehensive enterprise data architecture that streamlines data management,
facilitates integration, and enhances business intelligence capabilities
 Develop and implement data governance policies to guide data management practices. Ensure and maintain the integrity and reliability of data across systems.
 Partner with cross-functional teams to overcome data challenges and improve process efficiency
 Design, build, implement, test, and maintain scalable data warehousing systems
 Design and develop BI using advanced analytic techniques to drive improved insights and reporting
 Monitor data performance and adjust infrastructure to ensure optimal functionality
 Develop dashboards based on business requirements following industry best practices and approved methodologies
 Identify key trends and patterns via analysis of internal and external data associated with the performance of the company and report to management
 Gather pertinent information from authorized sources to assess project requirements as related to assigned scope of work
 Design, implement, test, deploy and document system configurations, as a subject matter expert on cross-functional teams, leading a team as necessary
 Verify data accuracy and integrity when sourcing and curating data from the Company’s business systems into data models
 Provide technical consulting to users regarding BI and development
 Implement best practices in data architecture and data management across the organization
 Identify and define interfaces to other software applications and functions
 Ensure software module configurations integrate successfully with existing system configurations
 Plan and execute productivity enhancements or product deployment projects
 Resolve internal and/or external client issues with the application software, escalating as necessary to appropriate personnel General Employee Accountabilities

Minimum Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer applications, or related field or equivalent education/experience
 8 years of experience with at least one of the following: enterprise Business Intelligence tools, Oracle Analytics Cloud,
Power BI, Tableau or Qlik
 6 years of experience in ETL, Data Warehouse, Data Lakes, Data Analysis, Data Architecture, and Data Modeling
 4 years of experience in transforming raw data into actionable business intelligence visualizations and interactive
dashboards
 4 year of experience in design and deployment of enterprise applications, through project life cycles
 Demonstrated experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable and efficient ETL pipelines to support data
collection, integration, and transformation needs
 Demonstrated experience with data mapping, data flows, and data science techniques
 Demonstrated ability to deliver a project or multiple projects on time, from concept through deployment
 Demonstrated successful working relationships with clients, suppliers, and other internal and external contacts
 Demonstrated successful and positive personal leadership, interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and communication skills
 Demonstrated continuous improvement in areas of responsibility
 Proficiency with SQL
 Proficiency in working with large complex data sets
 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
 Availability to travel domestically and internationally, less than 5%

Preferred Qualifications:
 Demonstrated expertise in Oracle eBusiness Suite Applications configuration in an Oracle Financials, Project Accounting,
or Manufacturing environment
 Demonstrated experience in accounting and financial analysis
 Demonstrated experience in Oracle PL/SQL and Python
 Demonstrated experience in Oracle ADW and Oracle Business Intelligence tools
 Knowledge of Oracle EBS database schemas and tables
 Demonstrated experience in Oracle Sales & Service Cloud, Oracle Apps R12, Oracle Fusion Applications
 Demonstrated experience in AI and ML frameworks
 Demonstrated experience in software development methodologies
 Certification in BI, Data Science, or Data Analytics
